摘要(Abstract)：

核心自我评价是人们对自己的价值、能力、才干的最基本估计,西方人格心理学、管理心理学对此已做了一些探讨。本文对近几年核心自我评价的研究进展情况进行综述,探讨了核心自我评价的基本结构,研究方法,以及核心自我评价与工作满意度、工作绩效、组织管理等的关系,并指出了进一步研究的问题与方向。
