摘要(Abstract)：
目前高职生中出现的心理健康问题越来越突出,主要表现为心理适应障碍、人际交往困难及自我认识障碍。产生原因主要有家庭原因、社会原因、学校教育原因及就业压力等,应采取多种有效方法解决。
